Returns of products

Returns for credit/refund will be given at our discretion. To begin a return process please contact orders@saltedcaramelwhisky.co.nz within 7 days of receipt of product. If the return process is deemed successful the product must be in original unhindered packaging and proof of purchase order or receipt will be required. The cost of return is your responsibility.
