Espresso Martini

(makes 2)

100ml salted caramel whisky
50ml chilled espresso
50ml coffee liqueur

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into two chilled martini glasses.

50ml salted caramel whisky
150ml apple juice
75ml soda
Squeeze of lime

Pour whisky over ice in a tall glass, top with apple juice and soda, squeeze in fresh lime and stir
